Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days (the product delivery note serves as a purchase agreement), without providing any justification.

The period of use of the right of withdrawal shall terminate after 14 days from the date of receiving the goods in your possession.

To use the right of withdrawal, you need to fill in the withdrawal form, which is available here: www.tonuselast.com

 Withdrawal procedure:

• If you want to refuse the purchase, please contact Tonus Elast (the Seller) using the e-mail , and include information about the purchase delivery note number.
• Send the product/s that you want to return together with the withdrawal form to our legal address:

or

• Send the product/s that you want to return along with the withdrawal form using the DPD parcel machine "Paku Skapis Baata", Klaipēdas iela 104c, 3416, LIEPĀJA. For information, indicate the email and phone number +371 25977076.

Return of products

• When returning a product, it must be unused, in the original packaging, with original labels, and in the same condition as you received it.
• The returned goods shall include a document proving the purchase, as well as the order withdrawal form.
• Socks, tights and underwear are individual hygiene products. In compliance with health and hygiene considerations, and article 22.5 of 20 May 2014 Cabinet Regulation No. 255 Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts, in Republic of Latvia, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these product.
• We do not accept damaged or used products.

Delivery

The costs of returning the goods are covered by the customer.

Return of money

When the Seller receives the returned product, it shall be checked and you will be informed that the product you returned has been received.

If the product you return is accepted to be according to conditions of Return of products, the Seller shall refund your payment using the same payment method within 14 days. SIA Tonus Elast shall refund the payments received for the purchase of the product, including the delivery costs (excluding the additional costs incurred due to choosing another type of delivery). If the product you return does not comply with the return requirements, the Seller will contact you.
